But then again, I'm just too lazy and tend to procrastinate too much. And as I've been using Twitter again, I find that all my thoughts that I wish to post about are all u there. Though it's only 140 words but, oh well, I'll make do with it! Hah!

Maybe, I'll just give a few updates since I'm here. *grins*


School's been busy. Nothing new there. Surprisingly, I'm almost done with my projects. I'm left with just 1 project left and my Psych paper. However, this project is the bane of my semester as it is Finance. Urgh. Hopefully I'll be able to be bff with it soon. Hmm, can't really see it happening anytime soon. Bah!

Since the hectic-ness of school has more or less decreased, I'm currently trying to rush my driving lessons. My aim is to be able to get my license by June? Maybe July. I must get it by Festival of Praise 2012! Then I can be the chauffeur for my church kids! Hahahaha! How nice of me! Thanks to Kim, I've realised that having a car is really convenient and you get to go to tons of places that you don't really go to!

Like for example, when Clinton came to Singapore 2 weeks ago, Kim was our chauffeur! Hahaha! We went to Dempsey & Holland V. My 1st time there as both places were not exactly that accessible through public transport. Love the ambiance of those 2 places. I'm definitely going back there once I get my license.

Was so glad to meet my Aussie relatives again! We only get to meet once every 3-4 years? Really missed them so much! It's fun having relatives in many different countries but when it comes to family-filled festivals, kinda of hard to meet. Like Chinese New Year. I've only spent 1 Chinese New Year with them before!

Actually, scratch that. They left just before CNY, so I doubt it's considered!

Anyway, here's a picture of my nephew and I! Handsome fella!


He's older than me by a year but in terms of those family level, I'm a generation higher. He's really awesome with cameras! Didn't manage to meet my crazy cousin this time round, a.k.a. his mum but looking forward to meeting her soon! Met my other cousin and her family. Her sons are damn cute! I'm super envious of their long lashes and gosh, they look just like Chicken Little! Not exactly the finest compliment but they really do!

Can't wait till the next big reunion again!

Besides reuniting with my relatives, I've been slightly busier with the Youth Fellowship this time round. And I'm glad to say that we are growing more and more each day. The kids are taking up more responsibility and soon, I won't be able to call them my kids anymore. Kinda of sad.

But yea, last Friday, we had our 1st youth fellowship for this year and it was a blast! I felt that the gap between the senior and junior youths are slowly closing and this is a start! A start for us to get to know each other better!
I love God and I really want to thank Him for giving me such a wonderful family. Giving me extra siblings since I was a kid and now, giving all of us younger siblings!

Besides school, driving and church, I have my own fangirl stuff! Been watching a new anime, Inu X Boku SS. Not bad, reminds me of Kaichou!

And speaking of live-action and fangirl stuff, I can't wait for Bu Bu Jing Xin sequel to start filming this August! Ahh~ Hopefully we get to see snippets of what's going on in the filming! But first, I think I can get my drama fix from LSS's new drama, Da Mo Yao. Also written by Tong Hua and from the pictures that's been posted so far, 2 words - Looking Good!


Sometimes, it kinda of upsets me about how people rave about BBJX after it aired on Channel 8. Then again, it's just me. I just kinda of feel that the show is 'violated' in some ways. Can't really explain it but I guess is the over-craziness of the drama fan in me.

Alright, I don't think I have anything much left to update. I think I do need to take time out during my holidays to sort out photos and blog about some notable events. Like my 21st birthday (hopefully it won't be a 1 year delayed post), my China trip, etc.

OHHHH!

Speaking of trips! I've booked my tickets for Bangkok in July! Yes! I'm going there! Shopping Mission: Buy 100 pieces of items! I'm not kidding! Really. I'm planning to go with an empty luggage. Not going to bring any clothes except for the outfit that I'm wearing there. Hahaha! Gonna go there for around a week with Xin Lei. Might be joined halfway by Xin Ru & Xin Yi! It's gonna be so awesome! Jasmine Ang & her boyf are flying up too! Oh yea!~ Shopping timeeee!

I'm curbing almost all of my shopping now just for the July trip!

Okay, I shall go let myself get crazy over Bangkok for tonight and start preparing my assignments tomorrow. If you have any good tips about Bangkok, please let me know. Like how to bargain, how to not get scammed (especially by cabs), or what are the must-go places in Bangkok! Tweet, email, comment or anything!

As mentioned previously, was working my butt off due to the mountain-pile reports that I have to do.

Vietnam Trip + Gossip Girl!!

Been quite addicted to Gossip Girl recently~ Actually, I've read the books before but never had the time to actually watch the series. However fate has it that I should watch a few episodes of Gossip Girl while pampering myself at a nails salon and thus began my addiction to it. =P

Almost finishing Season 2 and am leaving Season 3 to end of exams... that is if I can endure till then. XDD

Still so dmn excited about the Vietnam Trip in Dec!! Am in the Program department and having a great time during all the meetings~

Oh! And I've changed my hair colour. Its not a drastic change from my previous colour which is golden-brown thanks to the bleach.

Liking my current hair colour as it isn't as bright as before but it isn't too dark too. Used Palty's Raspberry Macaron and now there's a slight reddish tint in my hair.

Met XM for the Japanese ninja movie, Kamui.

Well, you can apparently see how happy and hyped I was before entering the cinema. But after like 15-30 mins into the show, I was in torture. It was seriously the worst show I've seen this year, with the exception of 'I love you Beth Cooper'. But Kamui wins hands down in comparison to that!

Urgh! Bad bad bad! Thought it would be similar to 'Shinobi' but the effects and all were sucky!

Moving on~
I have also recently received my iFairy contact lenses and am loving the comfort a lot!~

Trying on a new colour: Cherry Gold.

Love it so so much! Colour was certainly true to those as shown in pictures!

Also gotten a new checkered blouse which is totally loveeeee~

As stated in my previous post, I was pretty busy recently. Thanks to my job which does not have internet, I can only check emails and surf the net after office hours. Sigh~

Feeling quite tired 'cos of my job as I have to wake up pretty early for my body clock. Too used to waking up in the noon. =p

Anyway, here are just some random updates! Nothing on the HK Trip yet as I haven't had the chance to sort the photos out. Heehee!

Oh yea!

Anyone noticed that there are quite a few good upcoming movies? I've watched Kick-Ass and I felt it was great. Hit-Girl was awesomeeee!!! Woots! Also caught 'How to Train Your Dragon' in 3D and it was great too! Must watch for both! XDD

... Iron Man 2!


The two manly sequels. Coming out next week so hopefully I'll be able to catch it sometime soon!

I've been slightly crazy over Macross Frontier recently. I'm a Ranka fan~! And besides my Ranka figurine I posted about in my previous post, I have a Sheryl and an additional Ranka now! Wheeeee!!


Trixy helped to pick out Sheryl and I managed to pick out Ranka~ Happy happy happy! If only Klan Klan is inside too. Nyah~


I'm still trying to capture Ranka's expression in the camera but it's still not there. Sigh~ Shall try again.


I'm quite happy about Sheryl's though. Heehee.

Another drama I'm addicted to nowadays. Guess most people have watched it by now. I'm a slowpoke at these things.

It is the taiwanese drama, Hi! My Sweetheart, by Rainie & Luo Zhi Xiang.

Show & Rainie were good in this drama! Super funny! Hahahaha! But I prefer Lee Wei in Hooping Dulcinea. Ahhhh~ Felt he looked bit weird with long hair in here..

This is the super duper heavy box that arrived at my house.


It was soooo heavy that it only moved a few cm everytime I kicked it. And the box is like above my knee level and wider than my body. Heavy sia!

We've just ended our yukata spree but fret not, we're gonna open another yukata spree in either end May or early June! Do join in early to ensure you have a lovely yukata for Natsu Matsuri this year! XDD

And also continue to keep a lookout at the clothes section as we will be bringing in some Japanese fashion style apparels and some are from magazines like Vivi or Popteen. Both instocks and pre-orders. So do bookmark the page for more updates. Yay yay!

Xmas Celebrations

I'm feeling hardworking today so I guess I'll just update till the end of 2009. Shan't delay too much. Hahax.

So, on Christmas Day, the group of us went to watch..............

ALVIN & THE CHIPMUNKS 2: THE SQUEAKQUEL!

WOOTS! I was a fan of the animation so I was interested to see the Chipettes too. Hahax. I enjoyed the movie and it was great watching it on Christmas, it just adds on to the Xmas feeling~ I think there were more singing in the 1st movie than the 2nd whereas the 2nd movie has more renditions of recent hit songs.

After that we walked around Clarke Quay and Liang Court area before having our dinner at Liang Court. The food was pretty good. Hahax. It was great hanging out with the family on Christmas and I enjoyed it. Upon reaching home, I spend some time with my parents too before the end of Christmas Day too. XDD

The next day, Boxing Day, I went to Xiang Min house where we exchanged presents and I had to collect the presents from his house too. Love the present XM gave me, a star bracelet. XDD Thanks so much dear!

After that, it was time for me to enjoy dear's cooking. Hahax.. He cooked Somen for our lunch. We bought the Somen from Meidi-Ya the previous day as we were walking around. It caught my eyes as the somen was pink in colour. Interesting right? It was the 1st time I had somen too. Hahax.. It was yummylicious!~

We had Qoo for drinks too~ The guys bought a bottle of Qoo each the day before and each bottle cap had a different expression. Super cute! Hahax.

Later on, Steve, Oz, Shu Herng, Danny and Trixy came over and we watched MirrorMask. A pretty good show. Told Kim to go watch it~ Hahax.. After that, we left for Hougang Green where we celebrated Mio's birthday! Had a filling dinner there. XDD

The next day was Christmas Sunday at my church. The usual stuff but Gift Exchange this year was more exciting and hyped up~ I was in-charge of the whole thing again and it's been some time since I was so hyped up 'emcee-ing'. Hahax. Enjoyed the Xmas celebrations there too.

The next few days were just stoning and project meetings and finally Wednesday was here! A date with Kim & our pet chicken, Chiang!

We went to watch Avatar in 3D again (2nd time for me!) at Lido as they had not caught it yet. Kim and I were hyped up at the show and the whole cinema was full! Lots of people watching it too. After the show, we went to Taka for some snacks, headed down to Cineleisure to take neoprints~ Whahaha. Forced Chiang along with us too. Had a crazy time decorating the neoprints and Chiang saw a different side to Kim and I. Whahahaha!!

Went to Shokudo @ Heeren for makan later on. I just ate deserts as I was pretty full~ Yummy~!

Then it was time to go our separate ways and head home~ Had a great day with them. Hopefully I'll be able to meet them again soon! Heex. Those two crazy kukus! Hahax..

Next day was Countdown @ Jovan's house. Was not in a good mood during that period but I'm over it~ Hahax. Did not take much pictures due to my mood. But there's still some due to their urging. Lol.
