Tears - Happiness & Sadness

I started my birthday with tears and ended with it too.

No, I did not cry the whole day. There's a difference for those 2 tears-fest. 

When the clock striked 12 midnight on 26th June 2012, I felt overwhelmed with sadness and just broke down sobbing. I just sat there and 'stoned' for a really long time before picking myself up and proceeding with my usual activities.

And just, at 11.59pm on 26th June 2012, I started tearing again. This time, the tears came due to the happiness I felt in me. I felt so much love from my friends and without them, I wouldn't have as much fun today! 

I really feel so blessed for having them in my life. I know I've said it on FaceBook and all but I just can't help it. Words just can't seem to express how grateful and blessed I feel towards them. 

This is just a short post and I will update again soon about it~ I'm really tired now but I just feel the need to blog it out 1st! There is no better word to describe this moment than jubilant.

Thank you to my dear girls for coming down. Despite your hectic schedules, you made time for me and I really appreciate it! We're all growing old and in a blink of an eye, we've known each other for almost 10 years. Thanks for always being there for me!

Thanks for coming down today! Really appreciate it and I really really feel so blessed and loved to have you people in my life. I'm really glad to have met you all and thanks for making this such a memorable and awesome day for me. Words really can't express how I feel but still, I'll try my best. May we have many more good years ahead of us! ^^

That's all for now, I'll blog more in detail tomorrow I guess, if I'm not knocked out by tiredness. I think I might finally be able to sleep well, like finally. At least for tonight, I don't want to think so much and just sleep.

Random short post.

Spend the last 5 minutes of my 21st year underneath my block. Decided not to go home yet. Mulling over certain stuff. Upon reaching home and after exchanging pleasantries with my parents, somehow, I just went straight to my room and watch the rain. 

I don't know why but it just rained. It just did. Maybe it was too sunny earlier, too much vapor or whatsnot collected up in the sky. 

Alrighty~ I shall have a good rest and look forward to the rest of the day. Cheerios~ =)

Whazznots I've been up to~

And with that, the long weekend is over. 

Sigh~

But then, this weekend was really fulfilling for me! And I shall tell you why it was so.

I spent Good Friday at Ban Theng's Birthday Celebration which was BBQ style and he managed to roped quite a few of us as his slaves for that day, especially poor Sherwin who had to be the chauffeur for his goods. Tsk tsk.

Dyed my hair the night before. I don't think it's as golden/bright as before but it's not the colour that I had hoped for. T^T

Met Ban, Kim Kai, Theam Huat & Sherwin earlier to go prep some stuff, like the setting up of fire.

Which was really hilarious as the night before, the few of us were discussing what was the quickest way to set up the fire.......... and the convo contains bits & pieces of 

- Burning newspaper

- Lots of google links

- Collecting twigs for the BBQ

- Going to MRT station & collect all the Today newspaper (ok, that was a lame joke by me. =3=)
- Some doughnut fire setting technique.

But ya, you get the point. =.=

And in the end, the one who set up the fire was..... 

None other than Ban' mum. LOL!

And while she was setting up one BBQ pit, you can just turn around and see 5 guys huddled over the other pit trying to set the fire/maintain it. LOL. 

Auntie FTW! 

Hahahaha! In the end, Auntie managed to set it up faster I think.

Besides that day, Stellar, Kuromi & I went out with Leen to celebrate her birthday on the actual day by singing K.Had a delirious time singing and shouting and fangirling then!

It's the month of June!

YAHO!

Time was zooming past so fast that we're already halfway into 2010!

Freaking fast, don't you think?

The month of June seems to be a busy one, filled with farewells, gatherings and birthdays!!

For gatherings, I've finally managed to meet up with Kim, Chiang, Ah Bez, bGoh, Anand, Choon Hong & Sebastian. Think it has been gazillion years since I've met them (besides Kim & Chiang). Ok, not to be so exaggerated, 3 years. Ever since Poly year 1, I've not met them.

We went to watch Shrekipidity Shrek. To me, it was just Shrek. Okay, some funny parts, spoiled the movie along with Kim as usual. After that, we chilled at *Scape Mac. Heard that *Scape is open but I still hasn't gotten the chance to go explore it yet. Maybe I shall pop by there one day during lunch. XD

And so, it was farewell to Chiang who's going in army tomorrow. Hyah hyah hyah! Same goes for Sherwin. So many of them entering the army soon. Glenn, Shaun, Wilson. Jovan is going in today. Wish them all the best of luck! Be a real man! XDD

And June has always been one of my favourite months except for the weather. I prefer November & December's weather. The 'winter' season. XDD

Why June? Because it not only means holidays but somehow it is also filled with birthdays!
Kim's mum birthday just passed. And lots of friends' birthdays are reaching, starting from next week, including my dearest boyf~ XDD

Okay, back to work soon~ Tonight gonna be a busy night too. Trix & Gerry are coming over to pack the apparels and tomorrow, we're gonna have our 2nd photoshoot. Whoosh~ *prays that the weather will be better*

Work, Play and Having Fun!

Pretty busy recently due to friends and work.

Let's see, started my new work last Monday and am enjoying myself. Helped out in a mini event and colleagues there are pretty friendly to me... except for my brother. -.-

I had a mini photoshoot recently with Leen, Trix, Jessica and Fook Yu for our blogshop. It was super short thanks to the rain that decided to crash our photoshoot. Bah! But I can't wait to get the photos from them! XDD

Super excited about this new batch of clothes that I'll be getting along with the spree! Lots of items from June Magazine in it~ Wheeee!

Speaking of sprees, the 1st Fashion Wear Pre-order was a success! Would like to thank everyone who supported and those who've already emailed in asking us to start a new spree! Thanks!! However, there are still some hiccups here and there especially to those who ordered but never paid up. Oh well~

Look out for instocks soon as we've ordered more apparels from our pre-order to cater to those who missed it! XDD

Hmmm.. Let's see. What else did I want to blog about? Hrmm.. Oh yea!

Joy's 21st Birthday!

For that, I shall upload the pictures 1st then blog about it. Too busy to transfer my pictures these few days. I shall decorate this post with pictures when I reach home later on. Heehee!

I shall not procrastinate and start uploading the photos! Better start soon as I foresee a busy schedule ahead soon with the starting of Cosplay Arts Festival again! Woots! For more details, go join the Facebook group for it! It is one event that gave me lots of learning experiences and fond memories with loads of people!

Okaaay, and last but not least, I'm gonna graduate tomorrow! Yes, it's tomorrow!! Pretty sad that I'm unable to have the same graduation ceremony with Zhi Sen and the rest thanks to the numerous students. Cannot take lots of pictures with them in the 'Hogwarts' uniform. I'll miss Jun, Sandy, Marcus and Glenn but I believe I'll miss Marcus and Glenn loads! After all, we're always 'smoking' and pulling the tutors' legs in class.. and I don't mean it literally. Sigh~ Kinda of sad that I'll not be able to study with them anymore. Wish I could.. but not to the extent of waiting for them to finish army and enter Uni at the same time as Glenn had suggested. Crazy fellow! Whahahaha!

My To-Do List

Wheeee~! I'm back home! In my own sweet comfy bed with my huggies~ Wasn't at home for the past 3 days. Was at Jun's 21st birthday chalet at Pasir Ris~ Was gonna spend both nights there but went over to boyf's house on the 2nd night. Some stuff cropped up and I was really tired. However, was tossing and turning the whole night, think I drank too much green tea... again. Hahahaha.

Okie~ Just a short update and to remind myself of some stuff!

To-Do List:
1) Meet up with Friends (Sec, Church, Poly)
2) Go register for my driving classes
3) Job Hunt
4) The MEETING (arggghhh)
5) Planning for Good Friday thingy
6) Monthly groceries (mainly at Watsons..hahahahha)

8) Sleep more (sleeping only a few hours recently)

Okok, probably the cooking part will send Kim screaming away when she sees this. I guess. Hahahaha. But I believe with determination, nothing is impossible. Whahahaha~ Where do I get my determination from? My dearest boyfriend. Hahahahaha. I believe the kitchen is as scared of me as I am of it. So, I'm gonna try to learn more kitchen skills from now on. XDDD

Why the sudden notion of it huh? Well, I was on the way back from his house and suddenly this phrase popped into my head: 'Don't ask what others can do for you but what you can for others.'
Hahax, so I'm gonna try hard in the cooking dept too~

Shopping time~!

Just came home after celebrating Steve's birthday with him. Happy Birthday again~! Heex.. Had a great time just now. Today's weather is pretty chilly and its great.... until we went to the KPool and that's where it started to get too cold. How I wished I had my jacket with me at that time.. Soon soon~ Next Tuesday, hopefully. XDDD

Anyway, I got to go shopping again. Whahahaha! This time my mission to get a white dress. I rummaged through my wardrobe and I'm like "I don't even have a nice white dress??!!" Well, looks like I gotta go hunt for it next week after school. Most probably on Tuesday since Sherwin is jio-ing me for ice-cream too~ After ice-cream therapy will be retail therapy for us~ Whahahaha!! Hopefully I'll be able to find a nice white dress. I need it cause of Daniel's wedding dinner on this coming Saturday. Die die must get it by Wednesday. Final deadline for myself.

For AFA 2009, guess I'll have to skip the 1st day and go for the 2nd day. Still haven't really decided what to wear on that day. But I guess I won't be cosplaying. Heex. Wanted to buy the pre-tickets but they are only for 2 days and I don't think I'll have time to go down on Sat. Sunday it will be! XDDD I shall not spend much money there.......hopefully?

Okie, getting pretty late. Church tomorrow and meeting XM they all after that. Sleep time!

I'm seeing numbers every where.. Tired~ Another 40 min. Woots! Then off to Astar for makan with Theam Huat, BT, KK and Sherwin.

My right eye is itching ever since I woke up in the morning. Trying hard to resist the urge to scratch it but kinda hard. And now its slightly red. Argh! itchy Itchy ITCHY!!

I have no idea what to put for the title.

Heyo!~ Its been a long time since I've updated and there seems to be so many things to blog about. For this past whole week, I've been feeling really happy and keep smiling all the way. Maybe its because I've managed to accomplish some of the things I've wanted to do for quite some time and feels like my life is progressing on. Though there are more things to be done, I've got a good feeling about it. XDD I can't wait for what the future has in store! Hahas.. So for the past week, I've people asking me why am I being so happy, its hard to explain why I'm feeling this much happiness but it seems that most of the things in my life are going along smoothly and I'm able to think and understand more. I guess it might have been of my own selfish thinking in the past thus making me a not-so-happy person. Heex. Hopefully this happiness will stay on long~ Yoosh!

Anyway, this past week had been reaaaally busy~ Okay, maybe not so busy but I felt it was quite packed. hahas.. Monday and Tuesday was normal, nothing much. Wednesday was jalan-ing with Kim at Haji Lane. We managed to shop there for quite a few hours and the most amazing thing was that I didn't spend any money at all!! I was so shocked! I was prepared to do some serious shopping but sadly, didn't manage to do any. But oh well~ After that, we rushed down to Lido to catch Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs with Xiang. It was my 1st time watching a movie at Lido. Yea.. I know I'm suaku. =p
After that was just chilling and slacking at TCC. Pictures are all with Kim. Was too lazy to take any pictures. And speaking of which, I haven't uploaded the pictures we took on the previous outing. Heex..

Thursday was normal, and on Friday, I took halfday off to look for a dress for XM's friend's wedding the next day. So walked around Wisma, Taka and FEP to look for a 'gown/prom' kind of dress. Finally found 2 that I liked at FEP. 1 was short and the other was longer. Both were pink but we decided to take the longer one~ XDD Its really nice and I think it can be considered my 1st 'prom-type' of dress. Heex~ After that, we went to get Xiang's shirt for the wedding too and managed to get one that we both really like. We then rushed down to AMK to meet the rest of them for Cindy's birthday celebration dinner! Wheee~ Been a long time since we ate there after practice ended. Had a really great time talking and crapping with them. Hahas!

Saturday was one of the days where I could finally sleep in and boy, I had a good loooong sleep. And it was raining too~ Even though it was noisy but still, sleeeeep~ After I woke up, I prepared myself and went to Orchard to meet XM. On the way there, I felt lots of stares. Guess its uncommon to see people wearing this kind of dress and just walk out. But it will be super nice and cool if people in Singapore starts to dress in this way. But then again, its Singapore.. culture works differently in every country.
After meeting Xiang, we met Dickson and Joanna. Yeaps, we have the same name and similar surname. Just an additional 'O' in her surname. Woah~ LOL.. We went to style our hair at 'Leng and team'.. (ya, that's my surname. Whahahaha) and I got wavy curls~ Heex. Always wanted waves in my hair but its hard to maintain. Heex.
Later on, we met more of their friends at Martin and Erin's wedding. Both are close friends of XM. It was my 1st time attending a friend's relative, unlike the past where the bride or groom were my parents' friends. So it was a different experience and I had a good time there. Heex~
